A story backlog, and the sprint showcase to provide variance feedback.
Stories to be up to date in the story database.
Story estimates to be complete.
Purpose
Provide a clear list of priority tasks for the project team.
2. Estimation of story points
Occurance
Occurs once every week.
Requirement
The story database to be up to date and the stories to be worked on identified.
Purpose
Provide feedback to the business of the size of stories in terms of effort.
Break larger stories into smaller ones that can be contained inside a sprint.
3. Create new stories
Occurance
Primary focus of Sprint 0.
Happens continuously throughout the project.
Requirement
Story Database.
Purpose
Capture business requirements.
